    Rose’s journey with movement began as a dancer, where she fell in love with the way the body moves and adapts. She then stepped into the world of fitness, teaching everything from spinning to body pump before specialising in pre and postnatal fitness and sports therapy.

    As the founder of the multi-award-winning programmes BabyBeats, Mindful Movers, Before Birth and Functional Foundations, Rose has been featured in The New York Journal, The BBC and Women’s Health Magazine. Her programmes have helped thousands of women across the UK regain strength, confidence and connection with their bodies—supporting them through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, menopause and every stage of womanhood.

    Not only have her programmes transformed the lives of countless women, but they are also taught by instructors nationwide and endorsed by EMD UK, the official governing body for group exercise.

    Rose is passionate about making movement simple, adaptable and empowering—because let’s face it, women already have enough on their plates!

    She believes that what we do before each transition in life shapes how we step into the next, whether it’s pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause, or beyond.

    When she’s not teaching or mentoring, Rose is a mum of three, an animal lover (with two cats and a dog) and happiest when she’s outdoors with her hubby, exploring on long walks!
