We understand trying a new class can be daunting and we want you to be reassured Pilates is for you before you join a class. We are so confident once you try a class you will feel stronger and healthier that we would like to invite you to try your first class for free!
Each class runs in 6 weekly blocks see below for dates.

I have never done Pilates before what should I expect?
A friendly class where every bodies abilities are respected. Each exercise starts at level 1 and moves up to level 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6. You can stick to your level to meet your individual requirements.
What do I need to bring to a trial class?
You just need to let us know you would like to trial a class and we will arrange a mat for you to use. All you need is yourself and a water bottle.
Can I attend if I am being treated by a physiotherapist/chiropractor or similar?
Pilates is recommended by many health professionals. As long as you make us aware that you are being treated by them and your consultant has given you their consent to join a Pilates class, then we are happy to have you attend.
If I am pregnant can I join a non-pre/post natal class?
Yes, pre and post natal ladies are welcome in all classes. As long as your Midwife or GP has given you consent to undertake Pilates classes.
Do I pay by class?
We run classes in 6-week blocks, we do this to ensure we know everybody in the classes capability and level of fitness.
Can I join mid 6-week block?
Yes we reduce the cost after your first free trial class.
I want to join but some weeks I work shifts or have other commitments, do I lose the classes I can't attend?
We understand work and family commitments can get in the way of attending classes. To help ease any stresses if you can't attend your class; by giving 24 hours notice you can attend a class on another day within the same week of the class you will miss.

We can offer classes on site within a function room, working space or even cafeteria to bring your work force to life.
Studies show how 30 minutes of physical exercise can boost the brain and concentration. These bite size classes can be tailored to 30 or 45 minutes to slot into your daily routines.
What classes could we have?
After arranging a consultation and our team seeing the space available we can work with you to find a class that suits yours and your employees needs. We have classes running such as Power Yoga, Pilates, Stretch and Relaxation, Total Body Movement and Body Circuits. All these classes use low equipment and make it easy for your work force to join in.

Cancellation of Booking Places on BodyBeats courses are limited and we often have waiting lists. We therefore ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you wish to cancel a booking. If you have to cancel a place and find a suitable replacement, there will be no charge. Cancellation charges depend on when we receive your written cancellation notice. 30 or more days before the course start date - we will refund all course fees minus an administration charge of £5.00 29 days - 15 days before the course start date - 50% of course fees will be refunded minus an administration charge of £5.00 14 days or fewer - no refund will be made 'No shows' and non attendance - no refund will be made Gift of Fitness Vouchers are non transferable or refundable. BBF may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by BBF including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc. To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian A person attending a BBF class/event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organizers, and/or contact BBF at firstname.lastname@example.org in writing of his/her intentions and include a photograph. BBF will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.
